Who We Are

For over 60 years, the Petrich Family has owned and operated Petrich Marine Dock, located on the Thea Foss Waterway across from downtown Tacoma. During its history, Western Boat Building Corporation launched scores of vessels during World War II and Tuna seiners that fished throughout the Pacific Ocean.

​The Petrich Family Foundation has been founded in 2020 to give back to our community and to promote our causes. While there is always more that can be done to help those in need in our community, there’s no doubt that we are making a significant impact.
